3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from within the United States and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. All shipments are made in discreet packaging.
Shipping times are estimates only. SoloMode is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
4. 🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We will, however, replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, if reported within 7 days of delivery.
